June Full Moon Workshop

Soak in all the fun as we move to the beat of our soul + release what no longer serves us in our Summer Somatic Experience. Located at a beautiful private cabin in Nature, this workshop will be outdoors!  

What To Expect:

• Opening Circle: Cultivating safety in our nervous system, we will discover the importance about the importance of Somatic, Shamanism + Energy Work.

• Somatic Dance: Connecting with our intuition, we will flow + dance together, allowing the body to release stagnant or built up energy. 

• Gentle Yin Yoga: Relaxing the body with easy poses will help us decompress + deepen the releasing experience.  

• Guided Meditation + Energy & Frequency Healing: Using the power of visualization, we will fully embrace where we are as we cultivate awareness + bring coherence to our mind, body + spirit.

• Full Moon Burning Ceremony: Using all four elements of the earth, we will write down what no longer serves us + release it individually and collectively.
