As a Certified Reiki 1 and 2 Practitioner, I will help speed up the natural healing process within your body. Everything on this planet is made of energy, including our bodies. When we are stressed, or have suppress emotions for long periods of time, our body holds that excess energy within. This ends up creating discomfort, that turns into pain, and eventually intense physical symptoms. Reiki is a hands off or on treatment, fully clothed, to help you go in a deep relaxed state and release those energy blocks. I am simply a vessel that helps the energy of unconditional love pass through my body and into yours.
